1. Who we are
iCryptex is operated by iCryptex Demo LTD, [REGISTERED ADDRESS], [JURISDICTION]. Email: [CONTACT EMAIL]. Telegram: @portmanto. In these terms "we" means iCryptex Demo LTD and "you" means the merchant using the service.
2. The service
iCryptex provides software that creates USDT (TRC-20) invoices, watches the TRON blockchain for payments to addresses derived from your xPub, sends signed webhooks, and offers a merchant dashboard, a WooCommerce plugin and the iCryptex Keyring desktop app.
3. Non-custodial service
iCryptex is non-custodial by design. We run the servers that watch the blockchain and create your invoices. Your private keys stay in iCryptex Keyring on your computer. We never hold your keys, have no access to your funds and cannot move, freeze or recover them. Payments go directly to addresses controlled by your keys.
4. Early access and sandbox
The service is in early access. It runs on the TRON Nile testnet by default; Nile test tokens have no value. Mainnet access is available on request and may be limited, changed or withdrawn. Features may change or be discontinued during early access.
5. Account and API key
Your API key is issued on request by an admin through @portmanto. You are responsible for keeping it secret and for all activity under it. Tell us immediately if it may be compromised.
6. Your responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for your private keys, seed phrases and backups. If they are lost or stolen, we cannot recover them or your funds.
- You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations that apply to you in your jurisdiction, including licensing, anti-money laundering, sanctions, tax, consumer protection and refunds to your customers.
- You must not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, sanctions evasion or to process proceeds of crime.
- You are responsible for your own integration, the security of your servers and the content you offer.
7. Fees
Plans and fees are described on the pricing page. Blockchain network costs are set by the TRON network. Plans are activated and cancelled on request via @portmanto. Billed monthly in USDT. In early access billing is manual, by invoice. We may change fees with prior notice.
8. Blockchains and third parties
TRON, USDT and wallets are operated by third parties we do not control. Transactions are irreversible, network fees and confirmation times vary, and the token issuer may freeze addresses. We are not responsible for third-party networks, tokens or services.
9. No investment advice
Nothing provided through iCryptex is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. See the Risk Disclosure.
10. Service provided as is
The service, the plugin and Keyring are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, digital assets or funds, including losses caused by lost keys, blockchain events or third parties. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the service, your products, or your breach of these terms or applicable law.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access to the service, including your API key, if you breach these terms, if required by law, or to protect the service. Because the service is non-custodial, your funds remain on addresses you control.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. We will publish the new version on this page with its effective date. Continued use after that date means you accept the update.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION]. The courts of [JURISDICTION] have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
