1. General
Accepting and holding digital assets involves significant risks. Read this disclosure before using iCryptex. Nothing here or elsewhere on our website is investment advice.
2. Keys and self-custody
You alone control your private keys in iCryptex Keyring. If you lose them or they are stolen, your funds may be lost permanently. We cannot recover keys or reverse transactions.
3. Stablecoin and issuer risk
USDT is issued by a third party. Its value may deviate from one US dollar, and the issuer can freeze or blacklist addresses. Rules for stablecoins may change.
4. Network risk
TRON transactions are irreversible. Network fees, congestion, forks, outages and protocol changes can delay or affect payments and sweeps.
5. Software risk
Our software, the plugin, Keyring and third-party wallets can contain bugs or be attacked. Early Keyring builds are unsigned beta builds; check their SHA-256 before installing.
6. Early access and sandbox
The service is in early access and runs on the TRON Nile testnet by default. Test tokens have no value. Mainnet access is available on request and features may change.
7. Regulatory risk
Laws on digital assets differ by country and change over time. You are responsible for compliance in your jurisdiction, including licensing, tax and anti-money laundering rules.
8. No investment advice
iCryptex is a payment software provider. We do not provide investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and we do not recommend holding any digital asset.
